Westies have extensive grooming and exercise needs. Pups are not easily available for purchase, and we are very discriminating about where our dogs are placed. Expect to be asked many questions about your life style. Be prepared to wait.

Moreover, the prospective owner must consider that the average life span of the Westie is 12 - 15 years and the reality is such that one must be prepared for the dog's longevity and inevitable old age.
