Scorybrek Kennels |
|
Our kennels are located in
the country, 25 minutes from the city of Toronto on the beautiful Niagara Escarpment, lesser
known as the Milton Outlier. Our area is designated as a protected area of the
Niagara Escarpment.
|
|

We have 15 hectares and most of our land is fenced with a large hardwood woodlot
containing trails for hiking and cross country skiing in winter. We have deer,
rabbits and wolves, coyotes, coy dogs(hybrids) and plenty of mice and other game to
keep the Westies active.
|
|

Our Westies are free to wander through the trails with us and are welcome in
our home where they relax in air-conditioned comfort in summer and sleep in front of the wood stove in winter. They are well socialized with other animals such as our miniature donkey herd and with persons of every age. Our dogs are groomed and handled by us when time permits and are shown in all-breed and specialty shows in both Canada and the United States.

Winter is a special time for
Westies.
They love the snow because they are well equipped with
their harsh outer coat and soft inner coat.

We
don't have traditional kennels and runs for our dogs. All our Westies
are both house pets and show dogs. They live in our spacious hobby
room, which has skylights and plants and is overlooked by our home office.
